About Me

Welcome to High Caliber Nation! My name is Collin C. Cottrell, also known as Coach Collin. I am a man of faith and a father of 3.


After many years of inconsistent diets, not feeling good about myself, having no energy, and feeling depressed, I went on a journey to build a healthier lifestyle so I could become the best man possible for my family and the people around me.


I started out by trying to do things on my own but quickly found out that I needed to go a different route or I would fall back into my old ways. With my background as a college football athlete, I knew it would be important to invest in coaching and accountability if I wanted to take my health to the next level. So, I hired an online fitness coach.

While working with my online fitness coach, I found out that I can build a lifestyle that is sustainable, without cutting out the foods I enjoy and spending the whole day in the gym or doing cardio, even while living my busy life. The key was using a plan that I could be consistent with and having a coach to hold me accountable for it.


Over the next year, I did the required hard work and ended up going from 290 pounds to 210 pounds, making a full lifestyle transformation. Not only do I look the best I've ever looked, but I also feel amazing, my relationships are now flourishing, and I have the energy to go on more adventures.

Assessment & goals

You fill out a form so I can find out more about you and your goals. This allows me to have an idea of your health, history, and lifestyle, so I can put a plan together that is personal to you.

Custom training plan

I build a custom training / workout plan based around your goals, capabilities, and interests. Your training plan will be easy to follow in our app, that you can take with you on the go.

Personalized nutrition plan

You will get a full personalized nutrition plan that's based on your body and your goals. This plan will include a full caloric / macronutrient goal outline and I will teach you how to properly implement these goals into your daily eating schedule.

Accountability, Mindset & Motivation

This is crucial! When you hire me as your coach, you give me the right to hold you accountable on a daily basis. I will also have weekly video check-ins to be sure you're on the right path as well as weekly content to keep you motivated.

Support, community, mobile app

You will always have daily support from me through the High Caliber Nation Fitness app. I will also offer fitness tips and information as often as possible inside of our group chat. The HCN community will also keep you edified and encouraged on your transformation journey.
